Time cards

A time card is a line of chargeable work against a project or job: who did it, when, how long, and at what rate. It costs the job and can be billed without anyone re-keying it.

  • Book hours against a project or a job, per employee, per day.
  • Check in and check out, or simply enter the hours.
  • The work is a service item from the catalogue, so it carries its own charge-out rate and accounts.
  • Non-chargeable time is recorded but not billed — you still see where the day went.
  • Notes per card for what was actually done.
  • Turn accumulated time cards into an invoice, in one pass.
  • Report by employee, project or period; the report totals hours per day and per person.
  • Print a time card from your own template.
