Phones and tablets

It is the same application in a browser, laid out responsively: comfortable on a tablet for day-to-day work, and usable on a phone for lookups.

  • Nothing to install and nothing to keep updated — there is no separate mobile app to fall behind the desktop one.
  • Invoicing, payments, customer and stock lookups are all workable on a tablet.
  • On a phone, the menu collapses and lookups and approvals are practical.
  • Wide reports scroll sideways rather than breaking their layout.
  • Works over any connection that reaches the site: no VPN, no client software.
  • The same login and the same permissions apply, whichever device you are on.

Where to find it The same address, in the phone’s browser

On a phone

  1. Open the same address in the phone’s browser and sign in. The menu opens from the top; screens reflow to one column.
  2. Reports and entry screens are the same ones. Wide tables scroll sideways inside the page rather than breaking.
  3. Add the page to the home screen for a one-tap shortcut; there is nothing to install.
