Everything an administrator needs is a screen rather than a support ticket — and on our hosting, creating a dataset is self-service.

• Create a company dataset yourself from the dashboard, with the chart, templates and language you choose.
• Add users, set their role, language and password.
• System defaults: numbering, precision, default accounts, business types, warehouses, departments.
• Payment methods, currencies, tax codes and languages maintained in the application.
• Edit the stylesheet and the document templates in the browser.
• Year end, and the audit lock date, are administrator actions.
